I was glad to find this K2 MK7 made from natto, made in USA. The product is fairly priced, and I like that it is packed in a veg. gel cap. The only negative I would give this product is that the capsule does not have a manufacturer mark, making it hard to distinguish from the magnesium caps I take. I have not been taking this long enough to know if my bone density has improved, but my doctor said 6 months to a year for reliable results. Taking for one month so far.

Vitamin K2 when taken with Vitamin D3 is said to prevent and possibly reverse atherosclerosis. This has not yet been proven or accepted by the medical profession. I discussed it with my doctor and just got a shrug, but he did say taking Vitamin K2 can't hurt. Hopefully, someday, it will be proven that Vitamin K2 works to combat heart disease.
